Doing Business As (DBA) Timothy De Clue Collection 
Wholesale Terms and Conditions Policy and MAP Pricing Agreement  
To preserve the integrity, value, and reputation of the products designed, produced, distributed, 
and promoted by Bell De Clue and Co. Retail LLC, doing business as (DBA) Timothy De Clue 
Collection (“Company”), the following Wholesale Terms and Conditions Policy (“Policy”) applies 
to all authorized retailers and resellers (“Retailer”). 
This Policy governs the commercial relationship between the Company and the Retailer and is 
effective immediately upon engagement in wholesale purchasing or resale of Company 
products. 
1. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy 
The Company shall establish a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) for all products. 
The MSRP shall be equal to the Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”). Retailers must advertise 
Company products at or above the established MAP to remain in good standing. Separate MAP 
or pricing agreements may be required and must be executed where applicable.  
2. Third-Party Platform Prohibition 
To protect the integrity, reputation, and exclusivity of Bell De Clue & Co. Retail LLC DBA Antik 
Baubles and the Timothy De Clue Collection, retailers are strictly prohibited from selling any of 
our products on third-party online marketplaces. This includes, but is not limited to: 
• Amazon 
• Etsy 
• eBay 
• Walmart Marketplace 
• Facebook Marketplace 
• TikTok Shop 
• Faire (reselling) 
• Any other third-party, peer-to-peer, auction, or mass-market online selling platform 
Approved retailers may sell exclusively through their own independently owned online 
storefront, whether hosted on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, or an equivalent 
proprietary website. 
No Drop-Shipping or Market Arbitrage 
Retailers may not engage in drop-shipping arrangements, online arbitrage, or redirect inventory 
to any third-party fulfillment service that lists or distributes products through non-approved 
channels. 
Brand Integrity 
These restrictions are in place to: 
• Protect the premium positioning of our handcrafted European products 
• Prevent counterfeiting, unauthorized discounting, or misrepresentation 
• Maintain consistent photography, storytelling, and brand presentation 
• Ensure MAP/MSRP standards are upheld 
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges and 
cancellation of existing or future orders.

I sniffed these in Bellevue square and the scent got stuck in my head so we went back and bought the wick fresheners. Those were discontinued so we bought a bunch of the candles. Nice unique scent that is fresh and not overpowering.

What a pleasure to find Timothy De Clue .His products are outstanding!! I have been a collector of vintage reproduction German pieces for sometime. My recent addition of the pig swine cart pulling santa was a bucket list purchase I saw many years ago in a German shop in PA. I regretted not buying it at the time, and spent years searching for this piece.I finally found it in Mr. De Clues shop. The piece arrived carefully packed in its own wooden storage box with a lovely vintage repro postcard with a handwritten personalized thank you note from the owner. It is a wonderful whimsy addition that I will enjoy for years to come! I
