Refund policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Returns are gladly accepted for product in new/unused condition within 7 days of original purchase with your receipt and refunded to original form of payment.  All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. 

All sales are final on Outlet Store, SALE, Clearance Apothecary/Candles/Diffusers, Seasonal, Gourmet Food, Candy, Special Orders, and Vintage.

Shipping Returns Procedure

 To return the item you purchased, please mail it to: Timothy De Clue Collection 241 Lander ST #5 Seattle WA 98134 within 7 days of purchase. You must contact the us via email tim@timothydeclue.com and get approval for your return. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned since this order is meant as a reservation of a specific product for a specific customer, we are unable to offer you the ability to cancel the order once you have placed it.
