Legend of the Puget Sound, the Seattle Kraken is an iconic decorative addition to any table. The inspiration for this pattern came from the Roman seafood mosaic. Mosaics consist of small pieces of colored glass or stone, used to form an image or pattern on a floor or wall. This marine fauna mosaic is from the House of the Faun, in Pompeii, Italy, and accurately depicts over twenty forms of fish, shellfish and eels. At center, an octopus attacks a lobster. Surrounding them are dogfish, morays, sea basses, sea breams, mullets, and electric rays. This mosaic is displayed in the Archaeological Museum of Naples, Italy.

These will elegantly create a dramatic tablescape. A great choice for a host, a wedding gift.

In love with Nautilus Long Place Mat

Absolutely beautiful design that you can dress up or go casual. I love working with Timothy De Clue. He has a keen eye for detail and caught a couple of mistakes in my order before shipping. You won't be disappointed in this product.

Stunning, unique Long Place Mat

Beautiful, nautical placemats go perfectly with our coastal home! The color is just as stated on the website, charcoal background and light gray octopus and fish. Very unique find, very happy with the purchase!
